Lyla, an upscale Mediterranean restaurant in downtown Toronto, unveils its new winter menu, offering a luxurious take on seasonal flavours. Highlights include succulent lamb chops, indulgent lobster pasta, and expertly crafted braised dishes that warm the soul. With its sophisticated ambiance and vibrant Mediterranean flair, Lyla is the perfect destination for an elevated dining experience this winter.

Open 7 days a week, for Lunch & Dinner from 12:00pm until late. Reservations are preferred, however, we do leave a portion of our restaurant available for walk-ins.

We celebrate our 1st anniversary , we ordered scallop but they brought octopus accidently when we told we havent ordered octopus they told they are sorry about it they brought scallop and they told you can eat octobus as well that was so so kind , my girlfriend ordered striplion steak which was amazing and I ordered brazoni and it was so yummy , they also served champain for our anniversy I really liked that restaurant Jeff who was our server he was amazing, kind and helpful I definitely will go Lyla again thanks for amazing service Jeff I have been a lot of restaurants in Toronto but I can easily say that your service was the best..

Food was okay but over priced. Service was fine but they included tip without telling us leading to a double tip. Quite disingenuous. Value for money was definitely not there.

It was a terrible V day experience. First of all we have been waiting to try this place for a while. Set menu which we knew about and was opening with oysters. We notified the staff from the beginning that we cannot eat it, any chance of substituting. The answer was flat no, not even let us ask the chef. The main courses were alright but the dessert that we ordered (strawberry mousse) was not even set. It was like eating yogurt. And to finish it the restaurant had already charged 20% tip. Overall , felt overpriced and that added dessert with 20% auto tip was the biggest let down!! Would not recommend or visit again.

The food was amazing but the staff took the experience to a completely different level. The steak, beef check pasta, mushroom ravioli, and hummus were fantastic!

What a fantastic dinner. The food was so good and service was second to none. Shout out to Jean-Francois and the owner Amen for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. 10 stars.

Food was superb. My second visit to this gem of a restaurant. Perhaps one of the best fish dinners I’ve had in ages. Halibut that melted in my mouth with brussell sprouts and cauliflower sides that I will order again for certain. Server was charming and attentive. Was with one of my close girlfriends- we chatted comfortably over great food, generous cocktails and lovely wine.

The food is delicious! We had pita and hummus as an appetizer and short rib and fish of the day as mains. Really well made. Unfortunately they rush you out without warning you that your time is coming to an end. I completely understand that the restaurant is busy but a friendly reminder that you have 30 minutes left or something so if you'd like dessert to order would be lovely. We felt rushed at the end, the server asked us if we'd like to have our dessert at the bar because he needed our table. When you're out for a nice meal, are paying a reasonably high amount of money this should be a basic practice. We cancelled our dessert and went elsewhere but this was disappointing. Apart from that, it was great!
