A very disappointing experience. The wine was the nicest thing about the meal. The oyster kilpatrick was not a typical oyster kilpatrick, the oysters were drowned in what appeared to be a BBQ sauce. The owner assured this was how they made their kilpatrick sauce. I tried one and couldn’t eat anymore. The main veal meal looked good but tasted strange, almost like it had a chemical taste. I could not figure it out. The owner was very apologetic about the starters but we didn’t have the heart to complain about the mains. Thankfully we did not get charged for the oysters. Considering the cost of the mains and the quality served, I felt I had to write a review as I really don’t think it’s justified. The restaurant is quite open, loud and very bright so not much ambience. I’d rate the service as average expectation.

We booked and selected outside for an early dinner for 7 of us. Even though Restaurant was empty they only had a table inside for us.... Why offer the option if you can't give that to us?? Food was great, service and attention not bad but man, stop taking plates away as soon as 1 person at the table puts down their knife and fork!!! It felt like seagulls watching and swooping to clear up!!!! The whole dinner experience felt very rushed and unenjoyable. Which is a real shame.

Visiting from the UK we popped in after doing some shopping. The food was amazing with good sized portions. The waitress was helpful and put on the outdoor heaters as it was a bit chilly. If we lived in this area we would definately eat there regularly.

We had our daughter’s 13th birthday dinner with her all friends in the Lusso Italian. It’s an amazing experience for us. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We love its warm family atmosphere. Thank you Lusso Italian!

Lussos is my favourite restaurant at the Town Centre. Food is fresh, tasty and good portions. Staff are friendly.

Super disappointed with the restaurant. Food has definitely gone down hill. I had the tortellini boscialo and it was tasteless and watery. Not good at all. The service was really average with us being constantly pestered to order when it wasn't at all busy. Had a booking for 7pm by 9.15 the place was empty and there was a lady banging tables and chairs and sweeping floors all around us. Really inconsiderate and quite rude when asked could she just stop doing it around us while we finished desert and coffee. Won't be back that's for certain

Booked for a 7.15 Saturday night meal with friends. It was really noisy to begin with but that table cleared off soon after we arrived. Joanne looked after us all evening, food was great - only had mains - all chose differently - and desserts. Tick of approval from all concerned. Apart from some parents allowing a few rogue kids run amok around the restaurant, a pleasant evening was enjoyed by this party.

Absolutely fantastic meal at Lusso Italian. We booked online for our twin daughters' birthday and mother's day and we could not have been happier with the experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the visit to our table to enquire how everything was from the owner was a nice touch as well. Highly recommend this restaurant and we'll definitely be back.
