Nice ingredients. I had the onglet bruschetta. The veg / onion with it could have more finely chopped with more finesse. The fish cakes were delicious and only a little too salty. I would go back and highly recommend. I would add more wine by the glass or omit the peru red wine and swap with a better wine like a malbec. Attentionate service.

Hello Peggy Good that you enjoyed Lussmanns overall. The steak bruschetta is a farmhouse dish, tasty and rustic. Will have a look re the fishcakes re salt. That said we do offer between 70% & 80% of all our wines by the glass and carafe. Additionally we also sell a Malbec on our list. Thanks Andrei

The food and service was really good, however for such a great space the layout, furniture and ambience they generated did not match. Previous owners of this restaurant (not cote) had a higher quality look to the place

Davide Great the the food and service met with your approval. San Carlo was here before Cote and I am aware of how popular they were. That said we are not high end unlike San Carlo instead very much the locals go to, almost the kitchen from home. Thanks Andrei

Lussmans is a great addition to Highgate. Small and interesting menu very well priced. Very good service and friendly staff.

The steak & chips was delicious. As to was the Plum crumble. The side order of Seasonal Veg was so-so (cabbage over-dominating the flavors). The non-alc beer was good. Shame they don’t have Fever-Tree which is my mixer of choice.

Very good but for both myself and my guest food was extremely salty . Had to send Kale back. Burger was good but very salty ,ate it nevertheless . Sole was tasty and well prepared .

A very enjoyable evening with my friends. Very tasty, good quality food. The waiter was very helpful in answering our questions regarding ordering and choice of food. I will certainly be visiting again and will recommend to my other friends. Highly recommended.

Great new restaurant to Highgate Village. Super friendly staff and delicious food that seems to be sustainable and seasonal. Also dog friendly in the cafe part of the restaurant which is great as there’s a lot of dog owners in the area.
