    LUPO is a beautiful Italian restaurant with a classy ambience. Their seafood linguine is a 10/10. Always make a reservation, no wonder they’re fully booked!

    Visiting from Toronto, the food was amazing. The people were amazing upstairs was very quiet and secluded amazing view of town. We loved it and would come back.

    LUPO is worth the trip to Banff alone! Amazing drinks, the food is out of this world, and the cozy atmosphere is second to none!

    Wait staff did not explain the menu very well as told could have any protein added after asking for chicken was unable to have chicken, family member asked for beef wasn’t told it was a beef with red sauce on a already white sauce pasta, did not make sense to have a 2 sauce pasta and that wasn’t explained, did ask if it was correct when bought out Family member broke a tooth while eating the guanciale and could not eat anymore food due to tooth, manager came over to apologise when handing out bill, apology did not seem genuine and bill was given to that member that broke a tooth slapped infront of her just felt as a joke the food was good however took away from the experience from the family reunion from Australia

    The overall experience was pleasant. They accommodated our request by moving us from the bar to a countertop seating area. However, we noticed a $3 charge for chili flakes, which we had requested for our pizza. This reflected the restaurant’s frugality.

    Such an elegant, marvellous restaurant! Glad I got to experience it. Staff and food were lovely. My server was one of a kind !
