The ambiance is lovely. The waitress was just OK. She didn't ask if we wanted parmesan cheese on our pasta or acknowledge an anniversary that we were celebrating—the food. The arugula salad and garlic bread were excellent. The spaghetti was overcooked and felt more like the Spaghetti Factory (mushy). The other pasta dish seriously lacked salt and pepper.

We had the best server and she was incredibly friendly and attentive through out the meal. 2/3 of our dishes came out hot and delicious. The lasagna came out hot on top but cold underneath. They brought us a new one and the same thing happened. We ordered dessert as well and it was delicious. Everyone at the table loved it.

This place is beautiful great atmosphere! Service was so slow! We were never checked on for drinks or how’s the food and it took forever to get the check we’re talking over 30 minutes after we ate to get the check! The food was ok the meatballs were the best! Maybe I was there on an off night idk but not running back anytime soon!

Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Italian Graffiti recently. The food was good, a great Old Fashioned, dessert was good, but a little pricey, and our server (Pietro) was great. I felt when we first arrived it took a minute for anyone to notice there was a line of people waiting for tables, otherwise, the evening was good. We'll be back!

The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing. The trees in the main dining room really give a cool vibe. The food was great as well, I only give a 3 star rating because I received the wrong entree and the server let me know that it was her fault because she put in the wrong entree. It took 25 min to get my correct entree and by that time everyone in my group was done eating so I rushed to eat so they weren’t waiting on me. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to make dinner uncomfortable for everyone else; what surprised me was that I wasn’t offered a discount on my meal since the issue was not of my doing or even receive any acknowledgement from management. Our checks were brought out as soon as my entree plate was picked up and we weren’t offered dessert, which we would’ve loved to indulge in.

As always the food was delicious. The only thing that took really long was to get drinks!

Overall it was “ok”. I don’t think I’ll come back because for the price you can get better food at other competitors. Location was semi clean and the bathrooms were atrocious. Service was good, very friendly server.
