A Bar & Brasserie themed to celebrate the past, present and the future right in the creative county of Staffordshire. Lunar serves great quality and is a beautiful experiential venue housing an abundance of artwork curated by local gallery, Barewall of Burslem, Stoke on Trent.

All food and beverages are served on Wedgwood tableware and Waterford crystal glassware offering a truly unique and quality experience.

We booked for Sunday lunch. The service was excellent. Beautiful food served on incredible Wedgwood tablewear. Lovely surroundings and atmosphere We will definitely be back

From our arrival until the point we had finished dining and left, our experience was excellent. We had a tour, a brief lesson in the history of Lunar and were taken to the secret botanical bar ( I won’t give away how you access the bar) where we weee offered a choice of cocktails, drinks and were invited to order off menu if we wished. The food and service was outstanding; we were kindly offered a glass of champagne each to celebrate our anniversary which was a lovely touch.

We chose Lunar for a special celebration and we were not disappointed. The exceptional service made for a perfect evening of good food and wine in a lovely setting. Highly recommended.

We had a superb evening here. The restaurant is in a gorgeous location and has a superb atmosphere. Service was professional and friendly and food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Sadly it’s a bit quiet so the ambiance isn’t as good as I remember it from our previous visit. The food is well prepared but it’s not as tasty as it was last time we visited. Overall a bit disappointing

We had a most enjoyable lunch at Lunar, from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. We were made very welcome and the staff were attentive and efficient without being intrusive. The food was good - particular praise for the blue cheese salad which was delicious. We would not hesitate to recommend Lunar as an excellent venue for dining.

Took hubby for his surprise birthday meal. I had scallops- divine, fillet- delicious and a beautiful passionfruit tart. The food was excellent. Just a couple of negatives. The restaurant was a bit chilly we both felt a little cold. We waited a while before we could catch someones eye for the bill. Then to find the carafe of water was an astonishing £6 I did want sparkling but the server informed me they had run out of gas. £6 is ridiculous for tap water. We would dine again though as the food was outstanding.

Amazing food, service was good until we asked for the bill and our waiter disappeared. After a substantial wait we went to pay at the front desk, charged £22 service charge (total bill £197), which I asked to be removed. When I did ask I was questioned about the service I had received in a bid to not make me take the charge off. Excessive at the very least and had this not been added I would have tipped but this made me not want to.
