We had a nice Valentine's day dinner. Food was quite good and the area we were at offered no noise distractions. Drinks were good as well. The waite was very nice!

The waiter was very unfamiliar with the champagne offerings. He was very unatentative to our table and water glasses. The food was bland. The restaurant had only 5 tables occupied. Nothing like the former location occupant. We expected more.

Luna Rosa delivers an authentic taste of Puerto Rico right in the heart of San Antonio. I had the pleasure of trying their Chuleta Kan Kan, Churrasco, and Pernil, and each dish was a testament to the bold flavors and rich culinary traditions of the island. The Chuleta Kan Kan was the star of the night—perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and incredibly juicy on the inside. The crunchy chicharrón edges added an irresistible texture that paired beautifully with the accompanying sides. The Churrasco was another highlight—tender, well-marinated, and grilled to perfection. The chimichurri sauce brought a fresh, tangy contrast that elevated every bite. As for the Pernil, it was everything you’d want in slow-roasted pork—succulent, full of flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The seasoning was spot on, with just the right balance of garlic, citrus, and traditional Puerto Rican spices. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was lively yet cozy, and the service was warm and attentive. If you’re looking for an authentic Puerto Rican meal that truly satisfies, Luna Rosa is a must-visit!

Food is always great, consistent in taste. At the original location plates were bigger my only complaint. Food, staff are very helpful and super nice

Had reservations for 7:15, didn’t get a table till 7:45. Placed order and appetizers, cheese and olives took 30-45 minutes arrive. We didn’t get our dinner till 9:20. Food was great, service was terrible.
