We wrote a review and we were not happy with a lot of things. We were going to look at rooms for my wife’s Birthday in December and we decided not to book anything there. The staff didn’t seem attentive to our table particularly, maybe because I came in with my kids I’m not sure but we have had better service at IHOP. All our plates from the appetizers and used drink cups were piled up in one corner of the table and our server hardly came by. My wife ordered the 25 dollar bottomless mimosa for and we didn’t get but 2 of them because of our server being too busy to attend to us or not wanting to. She looked at us a lot more than she stopped by. The food: My babies chicken was not cooked all the way and she would spit it out because it was too chewy, we opened it and it was still red inside. Thank god that was only one of the few pieces that were like that and she hadn’t ate them yet. We ordered the small steak pieces both to be medium and they were rare and very chewy for my wife and daughter. I ordered a Cesar salad that I’ll never know how it tasted because I never received it. We waited for our waitress to finally acknowledge us to order another drink and I ordered a dirty martini for my second drink in 45 minutes and it sat at sat at the bar for 20 minutes. My wife finally got to order her 2nd mimosa and she told her to bring her another type and she brought the same one she had just served her 45 minutes ago so she never got to try any other ones ( she thought that was the point of this 25 dollar bottomless, to try all of them). But our waitress was very attentive when it came to pay the bill and when it came to give a tip. We did still give her an 18% which is the lowest we ever give. We both worked in this industry and we are very generous to our servers all the time, at this place that would’ve been a 100 tip in our books but we just couldn’t do it the experience was not good and I’m a 20 year customer. Cuban sandwich was good 👍

Food was alright, chicken and waffles…. CHICKEN WAS HUGE too messy to eat. Service was dry I was celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday waitress seemed stressed out did not greet us at all went straight to ordering food and drinks. The ambience was cool nice view but wouldn’t come here again.

The food was amazing, just lack of service. Sat there for 30 mins before we had to ask who can take our order. They completely forgot about us till one service saw no one attendant us and he helped us out instead so we appreciate him didn’t get his name but he was amazing.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The steak was on the tough side. The ceviche had a strange aftertaste. The waitress took way too long to get us the bill even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.

The reservation clearly stated we were celebrating Laura's 50th birthday dinner and nothing special was accommodated even after asking the waitress twice. The steak I received was cold and dry, no flavor whatsoever, the waitress did not provide a steak knife and it was too difficult to cut with a butter knife. I had to wait several minutes for a refill of soda. The service was not what I expected dinner was reserved for two people to eat at the same time and dinner plates were brought at different times as if we had dined alone.
