Set a pebble's skim from the iconic Lulworth Cove, our all-day ground floor bistro serves contemporary food sourced from the local ingredients.

For lunch service we offer our seasonal ‘a la carte’ menu and a nibbles / sandwich menu, so please drop by for a crab sandwich or cream tea on the terrace. Dogs are welcome on the terrace as well as in the restaurant.

We are sorry to say we are unable to take reservations for the outside seating area, however you can always just walk in !

We have dined at Lulworth Lodge a few times in the last twelve months. The food, service and ambience have been excellent on every occasion.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. Lulworth Cove on a sunny day out of a season is a winner. However the day just got better eating here. Food was lovely. Crab and then Lobster Thermidor, but the service from Clare just made our evening. Highly recommended!

Excellent food quality & the waitresses were very friendly & attentive. Would recommend & would go back if we were staying here for longer! My only slight criticism is the white wine could have been colder

The food was well cooked, really good quality, and very tasty. The Miso roast veg was particularly good. Best of all was the service. Super friendly and very efficient.

A lovely relaxed bistro style restaurant, with a calm, coastal aesthetic. The menu was heavy on the fish/seafood, as you would expect from a place 2 mins walk from the sea. I had the seafood linguine, which was generous in both portions size and seafood, and had a light hum of garlic and chilli. My husband had the steak, which was beautifully cooked. My only suggestion would be to provide something to put the shells in when serving the linguine, as I ended up using my husband’s chip basket.

Food was good, maybe a bit expensive but understandable given the location. The service has been a bit awkward, we booked the table and arrived 15 minutes early because it was pouring down. The gentleman at the door didn’t seem particularly happy about it and let us wait 2 min before seating us despite half empty restaurant and not much going on. 2 minutes later came back to take the order for food and drinks. We felt a bit rushed to be honest. Overall good seafood and nice presented plates

Quality of food was great. Portion sizes were adequate if you order a 3 course menu however if you just order mains you may leave feeling hungry. I ordered sea bream, only gor 1 fillet were as a whole fish would have been more fitting. The pasta linguini was tasty and the squid was very fresh.
