The staff at Lulu Wild were extremely wonderful at all levels the lady who was hosting our table was a charm. She made everyone feel at easy and comfortable. The ambience of the restaurant is a delight. Beautiful decor and very clean everywhere. It was a great atmosphere whilst all 9 of is were there. The food was delicious no one was unhappy with their food. The only item of food which was not a hit was the lotas salad. Sounded great on paper but was not really very much. This was the only disappointment. All the other meals everyone ordered were just incredible from presentation to taste. The drinks were just a joy of entertainment and theatrics we all loved it! But we are very grateful to pur host ad she gave is a very natural non robotic and joyfully experience. Thank you.

The food at Lulu Wild was exceptional, really well balanced, good portion sizes and a great variety of dishes to choose from. The service was great but we have to give a special shout out to Chai who went above and beyond to make sure our meal was special and our needs were met. We look forward to revisiting Birmingham and securing a booking at Lulu Wild.

Food and ambience were amazing! Unfortunately was let down by poor and inattentive service from the team, however the GM Lauren was great at taking the time to listen to our feedback and in service recovery. She went above and beyond and excelled in her empathy skills. Although we cannot change a disappointing birthday experience, we did feel that our feedback was valued.

We went early so the restaurant was quiet so not much ambiance. Took a while for our drinks to arrive. My biggest disappointment was the portion size of the starters for the pice, I’d expect at least enough for at least one piece per guest seeing as most people either dine in 2’s or 4’s so with only 3 pieces on all starters there wasn’t enough for even one piece each. Lacked flavour. The mains were better, but again portion size small for price. Very expensive, infact overpriced for what you get and the tip is added on and was not given the opportunity to change this which I would have wanted to as we weren’t offered any more drinks or asked if we needed anything else. We will not be returning due to price and small portions.

Service was absolutely exceptional. All of the staff were efficient, friendly, incredibly good at their jobs. The food was amazing too. We left having had a great birthday meal for our 10 year old. Would absolutely recommend Lulu Wild (and wished we lived closer so we could come again)

First time here having read other good reviews. Ambience was great. Beautiful restaurant. Nice music. Food was amazing. Nice Dim Sum starters together with prawns, spring rolls, squid. Mains were lovely to satay chicken, rib of beef stir fry, prawns, szechuan chicken, vegetarian noodles. All fantastic. Cocktails good too. Service was first class. Lauren, our primary server, was amazing. Probably the best we’ve had in a long time.

We went to LuLu Wild for my Mums birthday, our waiter Rayna was extremely helpful and kind. She even recommended meals and advised us on spice level on certain dishes as personally that’s something I’m not keen on. Rayna then bought out a little birthday surprise for my mum which really made her night. Food was excellent, service was incredible and overall ambience of the venue was simply stunning. I will 100% be coming again and recommending to anyone visiting the Birmingham area.
