Lulu Wild is a modern Chinese restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Brindleyplace in Birmingham. Lulu Wild showcases modern, high-end Chinese food alongside theatrical and elegant cocktails. The venues boasts a beautiful, unique and and intricately designed venue with two floors. Downstairs, an essence of natural elements paying homage to natural beauty of China, before heading upstairs to neon-lit, iconic decor with plush red fabrics.

Lulu Wild is an extraordinary venue for special occasions in Birmingham; the atmosphere so elite yet inviting. When the sun shines, Lulu welcome you into "The Nest" where the roof retracts to let the sunbeams shine down.

The food was amazing buy the restaurant was freezing cold for that reason I would not go back

Food was lovely Service was great Background music quite loud so hard to hear conversation at table. Relatively pricey but was able to take home loads of leftovers!

The dining area feels very up market and intimate, even though it was very busy. Service was very good. The vegans in our party found very little choice and very disappointed with their meals., but we understand that finding vegan and non-vegan food in the same restaurant very difficult. The non-vegans did not like hot and spicy food so again there was little choice. One of the non-vegan diners, who's graduation celebration it was, chose the Dragon chicken because it had no hot or spicy symbols on the menu but it was so hot and spicy she could not eat it, but not wishing to spoil the evening for anyone, she did not complain - in hinesight she wishes she had. Deserts were very nice. Overall the 1st and 2nd courses were very run of the mill and disappointing - we were expecting fine dining for the prices charged. The starters were standard supermarket Chinese take-away food and the Dragon chicken resembled a motorway service station take-away on a plate. It was definately not worth the £240 for 4 persons and unfortunately was not the graduation celebration dinner we expected. A disppointing end to an amazing joyful day. The journey back to Sheffield was tainted by this experience in Birmingham.

Very expensive for what it is, good was ok, but I would rather go to Tattu where the food is excellent for the save money. Decor was a bit cheap looking

Excellent food and service, absolutely nothing to complain about. On our last visit, we had a reason to complain, (which i wont go into here), but the manager Lauren, came over at the end of our meal, and checked everything was fine with the evening. While we appreciate all this information, can be logged on the booking system, it was a nice touch. We will be returning

Nice food but service is awful second time I’ve been and takes 20 minutes to even get offered a drink and another 20 minutes for it to come!

Brilliant time celebrating my daughter’s 21st - great food and a lovely atmosphere. Service charge was a bit steep at nearly £30 but didn’t quibble it as daughter’s birthday and had guests at the table. Also added money for their chosen charity which was only a £1 but maybe some of the service charge should be going to that instead.
