Lulu is a neighbourhood restaurant.

We offer daily hand made pasta and pizza with simplicity and quality at the core. We have a considered wine offering that is focused on Italian varieties. We want to be a venue which can be visited multiple times a week a snack and wine, birthday lunch or dinner.

We operate Wednesday to Sunday, featuring pizza, pasta and snacks all designed to share.

Our opening hours are:
Wednesday: 5pm - 10pm
Thursday: 5pm - 10pm
Friday Lunch: 12pm - 4pm
Friday Dinner: 5pm - 10pm
Saturday Lunch: 12pm - 4pm
Saturday Lunch: 5pm - 10pm
Sunday Lunch: 12pm - 5pm

Whilst reservations are recommended, we will always have some tables put aside for walk ins

If you are not a fan of squid ink linguini-give this one a try. The crab linguini is exceptional! From someone who has a wood fired oven-the pizzas are also outstanding.

While the service and ambiance was great, pasta portion sizes were small and the risotto dish was disappointing ( it ate more like porridge than rice). Coffee was great and staff managed complicated order. Bathroom deserves a mention for good style and cleanliness. Happy to have another visit.

I had the Comte croquette and as main the linguini with crab and it was divine! But be aware: the portions are quite small! It’s a very romantic, cute restaurant and I was very happy with my meal! Will be back!

Our group of 4 all had pasta, unfortunately one of the dishes ordered was cold in temperature and one of the other did not come with Gluten free pasta option as was ordered. Therefore both dishes had to be remade which took a lot of time whilst the other 2 dishes that were correct were being consumed by the other 2 guests. Very slow service with main courses. Disappointing.

Overall the food was good however some items on the menu were expensive for what they were, for example foccacia bread and a bowl of butter leaves. Also charging for sparkling water that comes out of a tap! Our group offered feedback at the time however it did not appear to be taken so well.

Feels like Lulu is finding its rhythm. The food was delicious. The restaurant space is nicely appointed. Met the owner who seems passionate and proud as he should be. Accommodated our request to move from bar to table as soon as was available. Mixed age group of patrons all having a good time - great vibe.
