    Not a place for vegetarian. Terrible soup. Worst margarita pizza and don’t try their impossible burger and save yourself 50 bucks

    Overall, it was a mediocre experience with nonexistent customer service. The staff made us feel like they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. They brought the main courses when we had just started eating our appetizers never picked up the appetizers empty plates just will not go back to this place.

    Overall, good food and service. We did have to ask for bread. My portion of fish was very small, but was enough.

    We had our Valentine's Dinner with out of town friends at LuLu's. I'm so glad we picked LuLu's as our restaurant. The food and service were top notch. All of my friends enjoyed their meal. The restaurant had a violinist which made dining much more enjoyable and the restaurant was nicely decorated for Valentine's Day. I will definitely be returning for a meal in the near term. I highly recommend this restaurant and I have been a full time resident for over ten years now.

    My husband and I had a very enjoyable dinner last night. Made for an amazing Valentines dinner!!

    Lulu's is good value for what it is. We went for Valentine's Day. The food was ok, but not outstanding. It's a big restaurant with many to serve and a rather large menu. It ' s difficult to make outstanding food when your menu is big as well as the restaurant. It's a good place to go if you aren't expecting an outstanding meal. It has a fun vibe and it's fun to sit at the bar.

    Server was unpleasant to start and felt rushed into placing order. It was Valentine’s Day so they had a special three course menu to choose from, including appetizer, main course, and dessert. Had to wait more than 30 minutes and when the runner finally came out with our food, it was the main course, and not the appetizers. When this was addressed to the runner, he condescendingly asks, “are you serious?” And this was as if he didn’t believe us, where he even asked it twice. After becoming hangry and having to wait long for our food, that was not the response I was expecting. The server and management was then made aware when main courses were being sent back and they came to speak to us at our table to apologize. The server’s attitude immediately changed from unpleasant to fake-pleasant. Aside from the poor service, the food was below mediocre. Their risotto would be insulting to a true Italian. I will definitely not go back, nor recommend this restaurant to others. Plenty of other good restaurants with way better service and food in Palm Springs.
