It was truly an amazing experience.!!! We went on date night here and it was both of our first time ever going. The aesthetics were on point and gave off a romantic vibe. The food was so delicious, along with the hand crafted drink I ordered. I would recommend (we’ll have recommended) this place to others.

The waiter hardly spoke Any English never came back to check on us had to go to the bar to get my bill they set us right on top of another table when they were open table available. ther was a large party and they’re being very loud and sound echoes in there.

Slow service and ketchup was $1.50 with no warning. Since that’s typically free at every restaurant ever, the wait staff should warn the unknowing customer that ketchup is such a charge.

Second time here and the food never disappoints. The service is amazing and the drinks were well balanced. I love Latin cuisine and this hits the spot every time!

It was dark and loud but at least it was cool downstairs. The food we had was good but what we wanted wasn’t available and our waiter didn’t warn us even though we took our time ordering in phases. We ordered wine - it was an ordeal and we should have known better when the waiter seemed flabbergasted but we thought maybe he was new. They charged us the price for 5 glasses because I guess they don’t actually sell by the bottle (?) so we ridiculously overpaid for a mediocre wine. The waiter was more interested in himself than us. Even though I enjoyed my shrimp I would never go back.

We love Lulo Kitchen!! The food is excellent, service and atmosphere excellent too!!! Love the new patio out front and can’t wait to go back and see the new addition soon!!! Met Mario the owner he and his staff are wonderful!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Went before the Rolling Stones concert expected a long wait had reservations. After about 10 minutes server came over and asked as we are ready to order hadn’t even ordered appetizer drinks. We just had ordered the appetizers and a drink. Wait another 45 minutes and asked for our check after factoring in they were probably busy for the concert. That was really bad disappointing we couldn’t order dinner And see how good the food was management should do a better job. Planning the schedule.

We sat downstairs where it is pretty dark. The ambience is good… But the noise level makes it very difficult to communicate with others at your table. Our service was weak at best… We asked for silverware five times before it was brought to the table. The food was tasty… Filling.
