The food was probably better than I rated it, but service was so poor that is all I really focused on. While we were seated timely for our reservation, we waited an extended period of time before our server came to the table. We finally placed our drink and food order. The server dropped off my wife's wine....and that is the last time we saw her until I had to track her down for our check. I never received my drink and our server or manager never visited our table to see we were doing...runners brought out our food from the kitchen. When I got the bill, it had to be corrected because she charged me for the drink I never received (but the bill proved she knew I ordered it). Things were so bad that people seated before us left before they got their food because service was so poor. I really hope it was a case of being short-handed, but we will never know.

After a nice breakfast at Lucky's earlier in the day, we decided on dinner there for our 53rd anniversary. We made 6 PM reservations and arrived there at around 5:50. We were greeted and seated in a remote part of the room, while most of the larger room was empty, nearly 90% empty. Our server brought menus, then water. After 10 minutes she returned to ask if we were ready to order and went away for us to make our decisions. She said she would return in moments, After 25 minutes I went to find a server, any server, to take our order. With a flourish of apologies our order was received and server disappeared. After another half hour I again sought a server to get our food. This server went away and another worker immediately appeared to apologize, went away and then returned with our food. Since I ordered the New York Strip steak I checked it's done ness and sure enough it was over cooked. Again I sought out a server to address this. Someone from the kitchen came out spoke to me and took it away. Within no more than two minutes he returned with another piece of meat on the same plate that my first steak was on, the fries were in the same position as I had arranged a certain way. This steak was half good, and half tough. We finished our meal and waited another 20 minutes for the very apologetic server to return and present our check on the sophisticated charging machine. We would not recommend this place for anything beyond the basics and never our of the main seating area.

Food was very good as well as the service. The food was much better than I had anticipated because it is adjacent to a casino. The band in the bar was excellent too.

Reservation honored timely despite crowded diners waiting on Saturday night..Food was a bit pricey, but lots of comfort food dishes..Had the Fettucine Bolognese was was generous portion and tasty ..Had to pay extra for bread to soak up the sauce ! My wife ordered the burger which she enjoyed very much A well located restaurant in a mall alongside the casino.

Beware parking is 35.00 flat rate to park at restaurant which is outside the casino in the mall area. Food was cold and not really worth the money

Conveniently located in the Fallsview Casino, very close to the main entrance. We were there for a late night cocktail after a show. It has one side which is like a pub/bar with live music, and the other side with tables and booths and bright lights. Larger and brighter with more tables and booths so I would consider that the restaurant "side". There's an open "divider" between the two spaces. We did not sit in the bar area for a reason. Unfortunately, the music in the bar was VERY loud so speaking and hearing each other was quite difficult. Wait staff, although very pleasant, could be more attentive. They seemed to all be hanging out in the bar. Not many choices to meet up, chat and have a cocktail after 10pm on a Saturday night at The Fallsview Casino.

Service was great. Food was amazing! I ordered the cornish hen which was one of the best meals I've ever had!

Everything was great. We sat bar side and Atmosphere was great. Service and food excellent. Portions were large. The only reason I gave a 4/5 for value was because they charged $1 for 2 things I thought was petty. We had some guacamole and salsa left and no more chips. I asked for a handful more, they brought a small plate (plenty) but charged $1. My daughter is dairy free so asked for vinaigrette for a bowl instead of yogurt dressing. They brought both so my husband could try (he didn’t request the waitress offered) but then charged $1 for the vinaigrette. As I said, not a big deal but I thought was petty when the bill was $180 CAN.

In vacation enjoying the Niagara falls, Our tour guild recommended Luckys when we asked about finding a great steak. Wow, we lived everything about the dinner for 2. It was delicious, our bar service and waitress were both so professional and welcoming. It is located inside the Fallview casino mall.. please go expirence for yourself.

What a great little treat to have a Lucky meal after a fun day and before a casino night… food was really great quality and great size portions. Enjoy a fun cocktail and a nice snack if you’re nearby!
