The menu honors Cantonese classics with dishes like Xiaolongbao and Char Siu Bao, while creative offerings such as Foie Gras Blackberry Dumplings with Brown Butter Miso Crumb showcase culinary innovation in this celebration of Chinese American fare. A deep champagne and wine list complements the menu, and at the 14-seat Pink Italian Stone bar, classic cocktails are shaken up with unique spice combinations and Asian-produced liquors, like a Manhattan riff “Doyer’s Street” made with Chinese five-spice infused Burbon and Fernet Michaud from Portland, ME

We had a great time! Service, food, atmosphere, music, and our booth were all fantastic! It was a bit pricey, but the experience outweighed it. Definitely will be back!!

We sampled a number of the dim sum options and all were amazing - spice levels are high but our server warned us. Stand outs were the char siu bao, cold sesame noodles and the wagyu egg rolls. The ambiance/decor is perfect.

We had a fabulous time at the Lucky Cheetah. The bar tender had amazing recommendations. Our server was wonderful, food was delicious! The foie gras was absolutely scrumptious. The ambiance is so luxurious and fun! We can’t wait to go back again!

This establishment is beyond beautiful. The ambience was breathtaking with the decor and color scheme. The servers were extremely friendly and helpful. The cocktails were pretty and tasty. The food was presented beautifully, however it lacked flavor. Personal experienced the food could have an a little kick of seasoning. Overall, it was a great experience.

Couldn’t have been more impressed with Lucky Cheetah. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everything was top notch. Staff was incredible, especially Eddie at the bar. Recognized him from a few local spots and he’s the absolute best bartender in Portland. Pleasantly surprised they had Miller Lite bottles! Whether you’re looking for a date night spot or just a casual dinner out on the town, this is where you want to go. For your money in the old port it really won’t get any better than Lucky Cheetah
