Service was so. Too many floor staff but no one actually doing anything. Waited 15mins to order a drink! The view was the best thing

The food is very good & service was great. Nice decor & the views are great, as you’d expect. But the service is the bar was disappointing. They clearly have teething issues as took ages for drinks to show

Genuinely gutted that this place was soooo bad. We booked 2 weeks ago for Valentines & was obviously looking forward to it. We arrived on time at 9pm to be told our table wasn’t quite ready, no problem we knew this was a relatively new restaurant so was happy to sit at the bar & wait…… finally 1 hour & fifteenth minutes later we had to chase up our table that for some reason still wasn’t available. We asked why we had been seated at another bar table & why we’d still not been offered a drink or a menu! In the end we left after 2 hours & refused to pay for what we’d had & the manager agreed that we shouldn’t pay either. Mental how a place of this calibre is so badly run. Had to grab a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s when we left as we’d not eaten all day. Genuinely the worst dining experience we’ve ever had.

Amazing views and excellent food. Friendly service but way too slow. Hope it improves as they are still new and working it out.

The venue is fantastic. The food is excellent. It’s on the pricey side, but that is to be expected. We had a table booked for 5.30pm and were told that they needed the table back at 7pm. An hour and a half at the table seemed a bit tight, and so it proved. When it came to deserts the waitress told us which of the deserts were the quickest to prepare. We decided against having deserts and instead asked if we could sit at the bar to have a cocktail. We both had Negronis at the bar which was lovely, and for the location, we felt they were reasonably priced at £16 each. Apart from the time we were allowed at the table, our biggest gripe was the wine service. The wine didn’t arrive until after our first 2 courses had been delivered to the table, and that was after I chased up the waitress for it. Then, like most of these high end restaurants, they keep your wine where you can’t see it. I had to ask for my wine to be topped up after sitting with an empty glass for 10 minutes. Personally, I much prefer it when your wine is left in an ice bucket by your table. Overall, a great experience, incredible views, food, and atmosphere. It would be great if the sitting was 2 hours. As for the wine service, there is room for improvement, but they’ve only been open 2 weeks. So hopefully these things will be ironed out. We will definitely go back though. And hopefully when the weather is better!

Amazing experience fab setting from the views to the atmosphere and service. The food was delicious. Will be back.

My second visit as I love the views. Food was tasty! Love the tiny plates, wine list is great enjoyed my whites and my partner loved the cocktails! Although waited for the lift and was late for our next place.

We enjoyed our evening and found the views spectacular and given we have been lucky enough to eat in many nice restaurants previously. Would recommend but am also suggesting a few constructive elements back to the restaurant to enhance the experience given it’s a high end GR restaurant.

Service was awful for the restaurant of this calibre. Too many people running around with no intention. Had to call for the wait staff rather than having offered. Food was like plated stuff from itsu/yo! Sushi. Quality isn't the best. Needs a lot of polishing in terms of service and food. I really had high hopes as I have always gone to the other GR restaurants. Was on the elevator with a couple - they waited for their bill for 45 mins! Ridiculous.
