Lucky Bao is a modern Asian eatery located in the heart of Mermaid Waters. The team deliver vibrant small and large Asian share plates along with their famous baos and a never ending supply of top notch cocktails, sake, umeshu and specialised beers. Lucky Bao is open 6 days a week for lunch and dinner. Bookings are always recommended to avoid disappointment. Just look for the fluro pink circle, fragrant smells and crowds of people having a good time.

Lucky Bao was absolutely amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and were able to spend quality time together. The ribs are an absolute must and so is the tempura eggplant. Overall one of the best restaurants in the coast.

Lucky Bao’s food is, as always, a taste fest! The lamb ribs are the best. I choose the table closest to the “kitchen” as it’s exciting to watch the huge amount of activity happening in such a small space resulting in such outstanding culinary results.

Used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately last night the service was horrible and and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to come out. It makes me sad to say we won’t be back.

As usual the food, lamb ribs, sashimi, cauliflower, Soft shell crab bao, mushrooms was outstanding. Service is always good and reliable, its as go to ever couple of weeks for a group of friends.

The food is always amazing! We tried the lamb ribs this time which I thought were a little overpriced, but still delicious.

Food at Lucky Bao was so delicious. I hadn't been in ages so it was nice to come back and the food be just as good, if not better. the salmon sashimi was my personal favourite. Food is on the more pricey side however the quality was incredible, worth every dollar.

We have been dining at Lucky Bao for over 5yrs - it was my Mothers Day choice & again it did not disappoint. We love the Cauliflower & Mushroom dishes not to forget the lovely Bao's. All are delish. The non alcoholic drinks are great too. Always quick & fresh quality ingredient's. Highly Recommended
