Welcome to Luci's Ristorante Italiano a focus on dining quality in a steak, seafood, pasta you have never had, and hopefully will continue to have with us.

What Daniel Guerrero and Peter, bring to a new Italian Restaurant in Alpharetta?

Luci's tries very hard to be a top end restaurant but it makes too may errors in execution. First, had to ask for bread service AFTER first course was already consumed. Second, one orders veal because it's a tender cut of meat. Mine was tough and rubbery. Third, I wanted to say something to the maitre d' but he approached me as I am chewing a mouthful of food, so I was unable to voice my concerns. Finally, we were upcharged on three items! Two side dishes were noted as $10 on the bill despite the menu and their website listing sides as $9; and my manhattan was billed at $20 despite the menu and their website listing the drink at $18. I note too that I simply ordered the house liquor and did not order a "call" drink. When I mentioned the upcharge to the waiter, he harrumphed, made the alteration to the bill, but did not apologize. That sloppiness leaves a negative impression. Given that Luci's was formerly a steakhouse but converted to an Italian restaurant under "new management," I suspect its days are numbered. The maitre d' was hustling and I kinda feel sorry for him, but the writing is on the wall.

Luci's has re-branded as of 09/2024 or so and is under new management. So previous reviews should be disregarded if they were low reviews. Prices have been decreased since re-branding. Food is above average in preparation and taste. Menu offers a variety of Italian and non-Italian dishes, but all taste above average. Service is excellent, staff is engaged and helpful. Ambiance is always a touchy subject because the place may look nice but then you could have a table next to you where someone is laughing so loud that it could be heard in the next zip code! But at Luci's, you will not be disappointed. It's impossible now but the entrance door and the bar are way too close, and this make a world of a difference in the colder months. Highly recommend Luci's for the casual or frequent diner, or for a business meeting.

Pleasantly surprised that this place was so good. Just found it randomly and it was a hit. Everyone was very pleased as well and I will definitely be back. 10/10.

Awesome experience, had a marvelous serious and food recommendations were exquisite. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu.

I took my wife to try Luci’s again. Have been there before and we were not impressed. New ownership with a new Italian flare. Peter greeted us at the bar and he is awesome. We were excited to sit down to dinner. I ordered the fried oyster rockefeller. Really bad. They need to remove that from the menu. My wife ordered the artichoke appetizer and it was amazing. I ordered the off menu ribeye cap. My favorite cut of steak. They served me something different and after 20 minutes showed up to our table and said they brought the wrong steak. So disappointing on many levels. They offered the typical free dessert to make up for their mistake. I had already tried the wrong steak and wasn’t really very hungry for the right dish. They should have just removed the $90 charge for my entree. So disappointed. We will never step foot back at Luci’s. Go to Cabernet. Solid and tested and Luci’s has failed again. Sorry.

Great Italian place. Easy parking. Very attentive host. Wait staff triple checked what we ordered to avoid any mistakes. Great wine menu. Managers were hands on. Excellent dishes.

The service was impeccable however the food was just ok. The calamari needed some work however the Steak was amazing!
