We had an early Sunday lunch and it was lovely. Just a couple of other tables occupied. Not too noisy so we could chat easily. We were served promptly and the food was good and nice and hot. My cod was excellent and my dining partner thoroughly enjoyed his pizza. Nice decor and nice easy listening background music. We noticed that the upstairs can be booked for groups of up 28 people so there is potential for large groups too. I’m not sure how that would work for parking but there is a sign stating that there is extra parking around the back.

The menu choice was limited to, and the service was a little slow as we had a couple of small children , however it wasn’t much of a problem and would have been fine if it had been a party of adults. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was busy and had a good ambiance. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Went here for a valentines dinner before I booked I looked at the main menu with pasta on it so I knew what I liked and wanted before I went. When he got there there was only a set Menu with very limited choice and the main menu was NOT available. I did not want a full 3 course meal but felt pressured as there was nothing else available. The food was nice but not a lot for £35 to get 1 slice of toast for my bruschetta for my starter was a bit disappointing. Pizza on its own was £14 so £21 for 1 slice of toast and a small dessert. If there was an option of the main menu as well i would have not written this review but i was disappointed as i was not informed.
