Formerly known as Locale Ristorante, the new owners have decided to change the name to Lucio's.
In the heart of the charming and diverse suburban town of Closter, New Jersey, there lies a culinary gem named Lucio's. This eatery is more than just a restaurant; it celebrates Italian tradition, love, and gastronomic excellence.

Excellent food, although the chicken parm was a bit plain/unremarkable. All other dishes really very good. Service attentive, well-staffed.

First time at Lucio’s and the entire night was perfection. The food the drinks the service and the ambience. We will definitely be back and already looking forward to it.

Service was very slow. Likely due to outdoor seating area being very busy but there were very few tables full indoors where we were and we all seemed to be neglected. Restaurant is under new ownership so I will wait before trying again to let the service/operations settle

The food was good, but the Chef needs to step up his/her game. The service was prompt and pleasant and a special thanks to Carlos, our server. We dined outdoors and the gardens are wonderful.

Lucio’s is by far the best new restaurant i have been to in the Bergen County area in many years. The staff was welcoming and had amazing customer service. The food was delicious and the variety of different plates i could order made it difficult to just choose one. I would highly recommend everyone to come try out their food and wine and you will not be disappointed.

This place is great! From the booking of reservation to seating to service and food. These guys know what they are doing. I felt comfortable and catered to. I will be bringing my family to enjoy this experience. I must say, the food is excellent and they accommodated my needs as well.

Took my sister here for the first time since the new owners took over and we had an amazing dinner and cocktails! We loved the outside patio! The new owners did a great job with the renovations and the food was amazing.
