This exclusive dining event will feature a collaborative menu that highlights the rich bounty of Ontario farms and purveyors, blending Chef Heinrich’s and Chef Cheung’s mastery of farm-to-table cuisine with Chef Bloquel’s modern interpretations of French gastronomy. This is a pre-paid experience for $295 per person, inclusive of multi-course menu with a beverage pairings and gratuity. As well as a complimentary glass of Champagne upon arrival. Pricing is the same for non-alc pairings.
