We have a sealed and heated balcony that can seat up to 12 and double up as a private dining area

Additionally we have a glass covered terrace with heaters, blankets and parasols in summer so you can soak up that summer sun

Our favourite dish is our Aberdeen Angus steak Frites and peppercorn sauce

unfortunately this was not a good experience, nothing left on the menu apart from a ropey caesar salad and some slimey pork belly. service was random with the waitress knocking a glass into my teeth with a plate, wrong things kept being brought to the table and then added to the bill at the end. shame as nice place just appalling food and service, won't be going back.

We had an amazing Valentine's dinner in Luciano's!! The food, the song, the prossecco, everything was fantastic!

The most terrible experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant! There were 2 very young chefs who knew little or nothing about food, one bartender and one waiter! The poor guys was literally running around to serve I ordered the haddock which was I am sure picked up from Iceland, a cold white wine sauce and sloppy spinach. When I asked the waiter what was going on I was told that the white wine sauce was meant to be cold! Needless to say the entire plate of food was tasteless and unappealing! I then hear chefs mocking me because I refused to eat the vile food. I ended up having a little salad, with most of the lettuce wilted and old, and a small plate of almost burned chips! When the full bill arrived I had to suggest that perhaps a discount for my bed experience was appropriate and I was granted a discount of 10%! My friends plate of past was not much better! Avoid at all costs!

We all enjoyed our visit to Luciano's very much. We were made very welcome. The Sunday Roast Offer is good. We noticed that the staff were all working very hard. Mark and Isabel served us very pleasantly. We felt that they may have been missing a member of staff or two? The food was lovely - especially the desserts! We all look forward to coming again...maybe for an Italian meal?

I have been here before and it’s been very nice but I’m afraid yesterday our half roast chicken was raw and the potatoes were pale. I did complain and they knocked off 50% of the main course which wasn’t really good enough. Undercooked chicken is not at all acceptable. Also for dessert I had chocolate mousse which was runny

Although they had run out of the food we had wanted to order we decided to give something else a try and was not disappointed. They were very apologetic and gave us a larger portion than normal to compensate.

We went for Sunday lunch after seeing a post on Facebook. We had a 2.15pm booking. Some of the meat choices were no longer available. Our food was hot, tasty and plentiful. We were hosted well by the friendly staff.
