Located at the ME London on The Strand in the heart of London’s West End ( Aldwych Side ) yards away from Somerset House, Luciano by Gino D’Acampo will provide guests with luxury all day, every day dining, serving lunch, dinner & drinks, until late.

The menu, designed by Gino and his team of talented development chefs, alongside acclaimed Executive Head Chef Calogero Carlino, will be fitting for it’s location. Incorporating Italian classic dishes with a focus on quality and ingredient provenance. An authentic Italian service will complement the menu, adding to the premium and yet informal dining experience, with a large, open-theatre style kitchen taking centre stage.

Very disappointed with our Christmas Day experience today. Kept waiting half an hour for our table then another 30mins before we were offered our welcome drink. And our complimentary breads didn’t arrive until after our starters. Not a great way to begin. Food was average, service was non attentive. Really was anything but a special dining experience, may as well have been at any old chain restaurant.

After an hour and 15 minutes wait, dry food, long waits, tired children and a £65 service charge which we didn’t pay.. we won’t be returning. Hardly a memorable Christmas Day.. a shame because we were really looking forward to spending a wonderful Christmas as a family here…

Understaffed for Christmas lunch which meant the service was bad, the food was sub par and the overall experience was not as expected. Especially for a pricier festive menu.

Le repas de Noël était très bon, mais un peu cher quand même. Dommage qu'il y ait eu des longueurs en fin de service

we have just had Christmas lunch today we were rushed out never got our hot chocolate etc My mum just lost her husband and was trying to make it a nice ok Christmas and it’s been ruined My little girl was rushed to have her ice cream etc not happy won’t be back and will be writing a review And Cimerix the main receptionist/front of door was just rude and make us feel we wasn’t wanted didn’t take our coats on entering not even a merry Christmas come out her mouth Gutted was a big gino fan as was my deceased dad hence why we booked here for Christmas

I would love to give 5 star however I felt the bread wasn’t very fresh or had been over baked and it was very hard to eat. In the same time my fish was superb and most amazing tiramisu I have ever had. Service is very good.

The only reason I have marked down the ambiance is we went relatively early so the restaurant wasn’t as busy. Food and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend it 👌

I ordered lasagna and it came out very burnt. I can’t believe it was allowed to leave the kitchen like that, never mind make it to the table. They did offer another and take it off the bill. However I never got to eat my meal with the rest of the family. Not the experience I was expecting or wanted. All the food I thought was average.

What a beautiful restaurant! The waiters / waitresses were all so helpful & friendly. The food was delicious. We will definitely be returning.
