Located at the ME London on The Strand in the heart of London’s West End ( Aldwych Side ) yards away from Somerset House, Luciano by Gino D’Acampo will provide guests with luxury all day, every day dining, serving lunch, dinner & drinks, until late.

The menu, designed by Gino and his team of talented development chefs, alongside acclaimed Executive Head Chef Calogero Carlino, will be fitting for it’s location. Incorporating Italian classic dishes with a focus on quality and ingredient provenance. An authentic Italian service will complement the menu, adding to the premium and yet informal dining experience, with a large, open-theatre style kitchen taking centre stage.

The restaurant is beautifully designed, the tables are generously sized and the seating is wonderfully comfortable. Unfortunately the service really took the shine off our visit. Some of our drinks were forgotten, some were served incorrectly and the staff were simply not very attentive at all. When paying almost £600 for four people I would expect the service to be of a high standard and for the evening to feel special. The food was good, not excellent and was disappointing almost plonked on the table akin to being served in a cafe. No wine suggestions were offered, nor were we even asked if we wanted wine; once our food order was placed our wine glasses were simply removed. This place could be wonderful but unfortunately on our visit it failed to live up to expectations.

The cocktails, food and ambiance was great. We had Carmine taking our order etc and his service was great. The place looks awesome and my fave was the profiterole dessert. Was simply Devine. Look forward to coming back

Beautiful venue, our waitress was very pleasant & helpful but other staff a bit rude. Food was mixed, some very good but pasta sauce was bland. Overall price good.

On arrival the service was great, we arrived early but they found space for us. They took our coats, showed us to our table and gave us the menus. The meal and visit could be split into 2 halves, but there appeared to be a complete team change part way through our meal. The service and our starters were very good. Once the starters were finished we waited 30-40 mins for our main with no offer of drinks or acknowledgment to the delay. When the main arrived we asked for more drinks, these arrived almost as we finished our meal. I had the Saltimbocca and it was overcooked with both the prosciutto wrap and chicken fillet dry and overcooked. Such a shame as it started so well, we didn't stay for desserts.

Staff, food, drinks and Service excellent again. One issue was the normal soft music was drowned out by someone playing another set of tracks over the top. Staff sorted it out quickly as it was very loud and uncomfortable.
