                                                                                    The food was good. We dined at the restaurant upstairs. Ambience was OK. I would say it's a mix between a family restaurant and a fancy food hall if that makes sense? Suppose that's the vibe they're going for with the bakery downstairs. Pizza we had was great and reasonable by London standards.

                                                                                    The service was really poor, took nearly two hours for 3 courses. It took ages for someone to come and take our order, we had to flag someone down repeatedly for service. We then had to ask for cutlery for the mains. Plates took ages to be cleared. Dessert took a particularly long time, we had to ask two members of staff for an update (we had theatre tickets) and neither of them came back to us with an answer. Such a disappointment, would not recommend.

                                                                                    A lovely new restaurant, well designed, good ambience, food of a good standard. However there are obviously teething problems with staff training and organisation. The second course arrived before the first had been cleared away which resulted in chaos and no apology. It was difficult to order a second glass of wine and obtain a refill of water. Generally the service was the worst we had come across in London over many years of dining out. The provision of toilets was inadequate. Would we return? We might try the downstairs buffet but not to the first floor restaurant

                                                                                    Menu consists of 2 things- pizza and pasta. After we sat down the waiter informed us the pizza oven wasn’t working. Not a great experience.
