Roof Top Bar located at 11th and K on top of the Moxy Hotel.
Specializing in craft cocktails, agave spirits and selected Latin Americana menu items with flare!
Admittance only for guests 21 and over. Physical ID's must be presented prior to entry. (no photos or digital accepted)

All reservations that grow to be more than 10 people the day of, must speak with a manager. Accommodations will be at management discretion and venue availability.

No outside food and allowed
Corkage fee for wine $50
Plating fee for outside cake $5 per person

Great experience. Space was a little crowded when we arrived, but the energy was amazing. Guac and queso were yummy! Service was quick (except drinks). You need to eat more than two tickets!

The ambiance of Lucha Rosa was excellent if you are only looking for a place with a beautiful view and just want a rooftop bar then this is a good place to come. However if you are hungry and looking for food I suggest getting food somewhere else. The food is incredibly expensive for the portion size & the service was also not the best. Overall I would not recommend unless you just want the view and pictures.

The rooftop has a view to the Washington monument, which is very nice. The reserved table was ready and good. Service was friendly but slow. Food was ok. Churros were underdone and raw inside. A DJ started around 8pm, I think, and it was nearly impossible to have a conversation at that point.

The service is EXCEPTIONALLY slow. I have no idea how this place is making any profit because I can totally see folks walking out with paying their tabs out of frustration of waiting for a server to come back. They’re severely under staffed.

I don’t know where to start… poor management it’s sad how unprofessional this restaurant is. I made a reservation of 8, they accepted the reservation through open table and everything seemed to be fine, I got a confirmation email THE DAY BEFORE of the reservation. me and my friends come to the place and nobody is here! This lady at the lobby is saying that she hasn’t seen anybody from the restaurant in the building. I waited for almost an hour and nobody showed up… it’s been almost a week and no call, no email from them trying to explain what happened. Great costumer service LOL.

The bartender was excellent but the service was so bad. Server couldn’t recommend a thing because they hated all of the food. (In their honest opinion. Which was appreciated!) we got drinks and headed somewhere else for good food!
