Limited menu and felt like there was a lack of restaurant management experience. Elevator to rooftop was not operational until 10 mins after opening time and they seemed unprepared to start welcoming guests.

Great food and great service, it was very peaceful and quiet sitting outside. The portions are small but so rich that it is worth it.

The place has a VERY NICE ambiance and definitely a must go in the phoenix area just get a drink and order A plate because for what it is….the food is WAY OVERPRICED and average.

I went for my birthday and a friend had recomended this place talking highly of it. I've been to a lot of nice restuarants and this just didn't do it for me. The service was subpar. They didn't even acknowledge or say anything about my birthday, they sat my friend and I by the bathrooms in the corner whihc was odd because the restaurant was not full, and lastly we had empty drinks for a good half hour and were waiting for our server so we could order more and the sad thing was It happened more than once. For the high caliber I thought it was supposed to be it did not give that. The look of the restaurant gives an upscale but definitely not the service.

I’ve enjoyed a few wonderful dinners at Lucero. I love everything about it! The cocktails are delicious and refreshing, their food is amazing and the service is impeccable. The chef recently changed the food menu, so now I would consider the servings to be more tapas style - order several items and share. It’s even better than before! The rooftop vibe is also quite fabulous.

Had a great time, i brought my girl there on a special date. Service was great and the food was too. Love the view!

The waiter was not inviting. The food didn’t cater to vegan/vegetarians. On the reservations I wrote I was celebrating my birthday and nothing was acknowledged. I came all the way from on Chicago. So I will not return to this restaurant! 🤨🤨
