Lucca Osteria & Bar is the vision of chef and veteran restaurateur, Claudio Ulivieri and his partner Steven Hartenstein. Raised near the Italian city of Lucca, Claudio’s passion for food began. He brought this passion to the States, and started his culinary career as a chef. Now, after decades of creating menus and running restaurants, he and his partner have opened Lucca Osteria - tapping into his roots - to share his favorite rustic Italian flavors with you. Come join us Monday Sept 30th for our last Bourbon & Cigar Dinner of the Season. We will be featuring a five-course chef prepared dinner, which will include four Angel's Envy crafted cocktails and a neat pour a keepsake glass to take home and three Premium Cigars hand selected by Arlington Pipe and Cigars. We will have live music and giveaways, and we'll be selling custom engraved bottles of your favorite Angel's Envy Bourbon. This will be an event you won't want to miss! Tickets, as usual will sell out so reserve today! You will have 72 hours to cancel, anything less will be subject to 50% of ticket cost.

Disappointing. We were excited to try this restaurant but found it fell well short of expectations. We sat in the bar area, which had nice atmosphere. Service was poor - for example, I had to flag down my waiter after being seated for 15 minutes to order my cocktail. He also forgot to bring my wife’s drink and we had to re-order. Worse, the waiter had terrible timing, interrupting our conversations, almost always at the wrong time. For the price of the food, we really expected more. I had veal francese at the recommendation of the waiter - I found it bland/dry - I would recommend adding shaved Romano or a little bit of dressing to the arugula. Chilean sea bass was good, to be fair.

Outdoor patio was fabulous! White tablecloths, flowers, great crusty bread and everyone’s entre was delicious.

Service was not good. Food was just ok. Our waitress didn’t come around often enough and was almost rushing us to leave. She was inquiring if we wanted dessert while we were half way through our food, and when it was time for dessert, she didn’t bring it out. We had asked for a dessert as we were celebrating a birthday and it never came. When I reminded the waitress she said she wasn’t told. They blamed it on a system error although we reminded the hostess upon arriving. A shot of limoncello was offered while we were walking out when the person we were celebrating doesn’t drink. Had higher expectations for this place.

Service was poor. Asked the waiter for recommendations on the veal and response was “if you like salty food” and the linguine response was “if you like fishy pasta.” I was left a bit confused on what to order and thought maybe I should just ask for the check. Ordered the special Mozzarella, which was a very small appetizer for only 1.

We sat outside & it’s beautiful out there with all of the flowers. It’s like sitting in a garden. The music was also very good. The food and the service were as always 2nd to none!. 5 stars every time!!!

Lucca is fantastic in both food and service; the ambience is wonderful as well. We love this phenomenal restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic!!!! The food was the excellent!! We loved everything we ordered. The drinks were creative and delicious and the band MFM was OUTSTANDING!!! Audience loved them and song choices were terrific but most of all the 4 individuals on the stage were SO SO TALENTED. Sure hope to be back before summer ends to enjoy the beautiful patio with hopes to see MFM again there.
