Lucca Osteria & Bar is the vision of chef and veteran restaurateur, Claudio Ulivieri and his partner Steven Hartenstein. Raised near the Italian city of Lucca, Claudio’s passion for food began. He brought this passion to the States, and started his culinary career as a chef. Now, after decades of creating menus and running restaurants, he and his partner have opened Lucca Osteria - tapping into his roots - to share his favorite rustic Italian flavors with you. Overall, everything was perfect: the food, the music, great night and great service but we had a problem with the valet parking which we are completely sure if it’s by the restaurant, but they lost the car keys inside of the car and the car was always opened the whole time ready to stolen, anyways, no accountability on these guys since they never foresaw the complications.

Our party of 5 dined at Lucca on New Year's Eve, 12/31/2024. We had dined at Lucca the previous NYE 2023 with a party of 9 and had such a good experience that most of the group decided to revisit for NYE 2024. Our salads and entree selections were all very good and our service was also very good. Wine selection was okay, but we enjoyed our bottle of pinot noir at $48/bottle. We also had several mixed drinks and beers, and all were very tasty and enjoyed. Our only complaint was the location of our table near the DJ. Since it was NYE, the music was extra loud. Pounding bass dance music does not make for an enjoyable meal. We would have preferred to have been seated in the dining room farthest from the DJ and dance floor area. However, we did enjoy the evening despite the loud atmosphere.

We booked a New Year's Eve dinner at Lucca with a little hesitancy, not because of the restaurant but because we rarely go out to dinner on New Year's Eve. The restaurant was packed, no surprise, and we had a delightful time and wonderful meal. Our waitress, Deanna, was excellent, she provided a wonderful dining experience and we were extremely well taken care of considering it was New Year's Eve. Her attention to details, recommendations, good sense of humor, made for a wonderful evening. Our food was excellent - the salmon was delicious, the lamb chops melted in your mouth, the gnocchi perfect, and the skirt steak done perfectly. We will definitely be back and will request Deanna as our waitress! The only issue we had was the gnocchi was a little cold, but Deanna took it back and within minutes we had another dish. The manager came over to make sure the gnocchi was good and apologized for the inconvenience, considering everything that was going on that night we were extremely impressed by the service and the attention to detail!

Did a fantastic job on New Year’s Eve. Very festive! The service and menu were both amazing.

As the evening became busier, we were neglected. Although offered desert, it took a long while to get a desert menu. We didn't want anything and just wanted to pay our bill. It then took 10 minutes to get our bill and another 10 before our card was taken to run.

Deanna was amazing! We had a great time, we weren’t rushed and the food was delicious! We will definitely be coming back.

We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday and everything was top notch! Our server, Daniella was awesome and helped make the day so special. Food was delicious as always!
