First: House-made burrata, 16-month aged prosciutto, and vibrant winter pesto. Second: Pear salad with red wine-poached pears, goat cheese, spiced walnuts, and pear vinaigrette. Third: Lobster & ricotta agnolotti with robiola fonduta, thyme, dill, and sorrel. Fourth: Choose a 6 oz filet mignon with parmesan parsnip purée and fresh truffle, or Chilean sea bass with farrotto and lemon beurre blanc. Pasta-curious? Join Luca’s Executive Chef Abby McCarty for a private, hands-on pasta-making class! You and up to three friends will learn to craft pillowy pasta from scratch, pair it with perfect sauces, and enjoy a celebratory meal featuring your creations. Plus, take home a Luca chef’s apron as a keepsake! At $200 per person (plus tax and fees), this two-hour experience is the ultimate gift for pasta lovers. Book for two and meet fellow pasta enthusiasts, or reserve for three or four spots for a private class.
