Its busy season, I get it! So, when we arrive 10 mins early and the table is ready an hour after our reservation. I understand. But waiting 40mins for an espresso martini and a mocktail. Not ideal. The food was cold. Not too many delectable menu options but we adjusted. Beautiful place, just not ready to handle busy season. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Newly opened restaurant with a beautiful ambiance and incredible menu. From the second you step into the restaurant, you feel at ease thanks to the calm vibe, cozy seating and dreamy lighting. Definitely would recommend dining here!

Mediocre food, outrageous prices. Good service by waitstaff, especially Maribel. Noise level was horrible. The diners at a table close to us were so loud, it seemed like they were having their own party in the restaurant, standing and shouting across tables. Repeated complaints to the staff and management were not addressed. The manager never even came out to take care of the complaint or talk to us. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

The best dining experience in TCI! Absolutely without a doubt best food, best service and best ambience! Recently opened but hitting all the high notes and setting unbelievably high standards that other restaurants in Providenciales should look up to. Our wedding anniversary felt very special thanks to our server Kadian (not sure how to spell the name). Wish we tried Lua earlier on our trip so we could return and try their bar and pizza menu. Well done Lua!

The experience at Lau Restaurant was phenomenal. The magical moment started with the hostess Fabiola, she was very welcoming and pleasant. Our waitress Stephanie was exceptional, she gave great recommendations and was very attentive to our needs. Big thanks to Maribel and Joan who seemed to be part of management, stopped by to ensure everything was operating smoothly and it did. The staff seemed very happy, and the atmosphere was very bubbly because of their upbeat energy. Highly recommend this restaurant! Davidson

Best meal we have had on our vacation - and we have tried most of the highly reviewed restaurants. Wonderful ambiance - but most importantly was the quality and flavors of the items on the menu. We had a group of 6 and everyone’s meal was delicious. The desserts were also just amazing. Wonderful spot - it has only been opened since November and we were so glad we booked here!!!!!
