LPM was not initially on our list of restaurants to visit during our trip to Las Vegas last week (it seemed like just another French-sounding restaurant), but we dropped by at the last minute right before our flight out, and I'm so glad we did. The ambience was just okay for the price range, which was fine since we were in our traveling outfits, but the food was amazing. We ordered a Corn Salad (pomegranates with mint? Brilliant. Order two of these.), a Baby Chicken (a really young/small chicken—so tender, I thought only Koreans did this.), Ratatouille (the sauce was very tasty, and the vegetables were fresh even though they were fully cooked), Calamari (very lightly breaded and crunchy—possibly using potato or corn starch. One of the best calamari dishes we've had), Beef Skewers (very well-cooked and flavorful—another dish we’ll order two of next time), and Prawn Skewers (the smoky Mediterranean flavor was great, and the prawns were very fresh). The highlight, however, was dessert. Our server recommended the cheesecake, but we opted for the "French Toast." WOW. It was like brioche dipped in condensed milk, rolled in sugar, and blow-torched? I’m not sure, but I’ll have a hard time finding it anywhere else. They also brought out sorbet for my husband's birthday, and WOW again. We never order sorbet or ice cream for dessert, assuming they come from cartons, but LPM's homemade sorbet is an art. We’ll definitely order it next time. Last but not least, the service was impeccable. Our server, Sarah B, is a gem. As non-gamblers, one of the reasons we keep coming back to Las Vegas is to explore amazing restaurants and meeting professional servers like Sarah is an absolute pleasure. Sarah made our last-minute at Las Vegas very special. I cannot wait to go back to LPM and see Sarah again.

The food was fantastic and the staff was amazing. Got there a little early so ordered a few items from the bar where they were featuring their HH menu (the Tomatini is a must try as well as their Burrata and Beef Skewers). For dinner, we ordered their ribeye along with the whole grilled sea bass which was cooked perfectly! I really enjoyed the ambience here and the view of the Las Vegas strip when the sunsets made it a very memorable dining experience.

The LPM is an outstanding restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the corn salad, the green bean and artichoke salad, the sliced octopus, the Chilean sea bass, orange duck, lamb chops, and the cheesecake. Everything was excellent and the service was superb.
