The food was excellent! The libations were okay. Our servers were great but on this night our wait time was long because there were only three servers. Kind of a bummer because it was my wife’s birthday. I really appreciate that they validate parking up to two hours.

Excellent food, amazing service. Seating is a little tight. Great location. My steak was perfect and the potatoes beautiful.

We went just after opening firbthe night, food was incredible highly recommend the Wonton Ravioli, the Calamari, Shrimp and Grits and of course the Donut bread Pudding.

Everything we ordered was excellent. I never really knew what people meant when they described fish as buttery until I had the sea bass here. Literally melted in my mouth. My husband's steak was a perfect medium well. We had the lobster Mac and cheese and garlic whipped potatoes for sides. We started with salads-house for me, Ceasar for him. And ended sharing the red velvet cheesecake. Perfect portions. Chef Garvin himself stopped by our table several times. This was a perfect anniversary dinner. We spent several hundred dollars, but lower than we've spent at other steak houses.

As always we sat at the bar. Feels more intimate than the open floor. Great service and even better Old-Fashioned.

I’ve been watching Chef G Garvin on TV for years. This is how l learned about Israeli Couscous. I made it point to visit Low Country Steak the next time I was in Atlanta. Let me start by saying I’m from Chicago, Michelin star restaurants, award winning chefs, every cuisine you can think of and more. Our experience began when we walked up to the entrance door, we were greeted and directed to the Host/Hostess , where we were welcomed by the friendly hostess. I spot the Chef by kitchen and asked if I could meet him. I was told it shouldn’t be a problem. We were seated at our table, our waiter Zach came and introduced himself, provided us with information about the restaurant and chef, we ordered beverages I had the wonderful Ibest South African Red Blend. I bypassed the appetizers I’m counting points for those familiar. I ordered one of the specials of the night roasted chicken in a rosemary and garlic sauce atop a purée of potatoes with shallots, sides of sautéed mushrooms and green beans. My cousin ordered the fried chicken. Neither meal disappointed. My cousin is a decent size guy that LOVES fried chicken. He’s lived in ATL for seven years and stated that was the best he’s had in years. The flavor and moistness in my roasted chicken was everything! We will return to try that bone in ribeye. The service, meal and everything in between was 5 star. I’m still in awe of the service I haven’t experienced that level of professionalism in awhile. It felt good! I did get to meet the chef.
