How many restaurants offer premium Australian seafood and waterfront dining at an everyday price point? love.fish is a casual Australian seafood restaurant located on the waterfront in harbour-side Sydney. Now in its thirteenth year, the love.fish Barangaroo restaurant takes Sydney seafood and our founders passion for authentic, accessible seafood dining to the next level. With a 17 metre harbour frontage and 175 seats, we offer a wider selection of Australia’s best locally-sourced oysters, raw fish, whole fish, platters, and crustaceans. All in a world-class waterfront location with the soul and values of a family owned restaurant. Our Barangaroo restaurant offers the provenance and quality of Australian seafood in a relaxed waterfront setting. We’re all about sustainable, local seafood that doesn’t cost the earth, because it doesn’t need to!

Celebrate New Year's Eve with us at love.fish as we count down to the New Year on the waterfront! Your New Years, Your Way. No set menu requirement, just a $90pp minimum spend on food and beverages from our full a la carte menu. Children under 12 have a $30 min spend, with a kids menu available. Dinner opens at 5.30pm, love.fish will be closed at 11:15pm, allowing enough time for guests to get to the best vantage points to watch the fireworks. Please note all bookings have a 2 hour dining limit. Tables are allocated by booking date and while all tables will be on the terrace, not all will have a water view. Groups of 8+ to get in contact directly bookings@lovefish.com.au Cancellations are strictly limited to 72hrs prior to reservation

Awesome cocktails, really yummy dishes, we shared starters and that worked really well for the 3 of us for lunch. Our main waiter was very attentive, but ordering from other waiters had us asking again for a couple of drinks. I will be back and highly recommend the restaurant for food and service. 👍😁

A lovely elevated table overlooking king street wharf on a sunny sparkly Sydney afternoon. We enjoyed the perfect setting for a delightful birthday lunch. Friendly attentive staff delivered finessed courses, all perfectly timed and gently placed in front of us. We started with a refreshing pre lunch cocktail and our meal accompanied with a delicious matched white wine. I’m never disappointed at this establishment. It operates like a well oiled machine. The staff happy polite and knowledgeable make the whole dining experience an enjoyable one. The food is delicate and beautifully presented. The menu intuitive and considered. And, the highlight of the meal for me today was the seared scallops in half shells closely followed by the tuna crudo in betel leaves. Love.fish sits like a jewel on the edge of the Barangaroo district with views over the water. The perfect destination for quintessential Sydney dining.

This is the second time dining at love.fish and it was as good as ever. We had the stuffed zucchini flowers and crab cakes for entree and battered fish and chips and crab risotto and radicchio and parmesan salad for mains and a delicious bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. It was all delicious. We had a lovely table facing the water. I will definitely return, I highly recommend.

We ordered the fish platter, the fish cakes and chips were cold. The salmon lacked flavour. Overall disappointing. Service was ok. Good wine.

Very disappointing standard of food for our International visitors. And surprisingly when chilli sauce was requested for dipping the answer was it was not avaialble. Surprising because Barangaroo surely must be catering for a high level of Asian visitors.

This is my second time dining in this beautiful restaurant after my husband highly recommended it and this time I brought my friends. As always, fantastic service, food and ambience. We went there to celebrate my friend's birthday. She had a great day, thank you so much for surprising her with a birthday song. I will definitely come back again and will highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

We keep coming back to Love Fish for it's wonderful food, value for money, great service, and lovely location. The fact their seafood is sustainably sourced is an additional lever that makes us select this restaurant over other seafood options. We bring guests to Sydney here for all of these great reasons and will continue to. The staff are very friendly and we look forward to our next visit. I can't recommend Love Fish highly enough.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Love.Fish in Barangaroo, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, offering a beautiful ambiance with a modern, welcoming vibe. What truly made the evening special was the outstanding service provided by Maddison and Tadas. Maddison was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, helping us choose dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. Tadas was equally impressive, providing seamless service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our meal even more enjoyable. The food, as always, was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish highlighted the best of sustainable seafood, and we were impressed by both the quality and creativity of the menu. If you're looking for a restaurant with fantastic food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service, I highly recommend Love.Fish. Maddison and Tadas are a credit to the team, and we'll definitely be back soon!
