Ample parking, which is important to me. Love the aesthetic's . The staff were great, and the food was really good, I ordered the brunch shrimp and grits which were prepared with fried shrimp but not your usual batter, served with egg on top. I definitely recommend and will be back!

Excellent service and food…. We had to eat inside because outside chairs were still wet from the rain. So,it was louder than we liked .

Service was a little slower than normal, but only a small complaint. Food was terrific and prices were outstanding during burger week. LouVino will always be on our regular rotation.

Upon arriving for our reservation and being seated, it was not busy, but it took 10 mins for anyone to greet us despite several staff walking past us. On top of that, a group of 6-8 next to were arriving as others in our party were and the server provided their waters as they were being seated and getting drink orders. We still had not even been acknowledged. Once we finally got acknowledged, got water, and drinks, I didn’t care for my drink and the server Chad didn’t attempt to remove it, get a new one, or take it off the bill. We then had our meal and it was ok, but so over priced. We then had 2 desserts placed on the table that belonged to the other large group. The desserts were removed from our table and placed on the other parties table. Although we informed the server we didn’t order these and no one in the party touched them, they were left, but later picked back up and given to the correct party directly from table to table. That to me is unprofessional and not sanitary. Finally, it’s time for the bill and had advised Server Chad it was on 3 separate bills and of each couple. Each spouse sat directly across from their spouse, so very easy. I asked for my bill and Chad brought me the entire bill for the table. It made for an awkward interaction and then when I explained I just needed my bill, Chad blamed me stating “you asked for the bill”. It was not a great experience overall.

Everything about the dining experience was above average. Brussel sprouts were outstanding. There happy hour also looks interesting.

We got seated at our reservation time because no one else was there. This place isn’t much on atmosphere or ambiance. First time here and the food was mediocre. Our server brought drinks promptly and she was very friendly, we got a Brussels sprout appy that was decent. We went here because they advertised a special burger for burger week. We sent one burger back that was undercooked, and all five of us thought the burger was not flavorful or well garnished. The “tater tots” are round balls like hush puppies and tasted like older grease and were not done in the middle. We didn’t send back, just didn’t eat them. We probably won’t return.

First time here and made a reservation for 7 pm. Arrived and the place was pretty empty and was told there was nothing available. Explained again we had a reservation asked how long the wait was and was told no idea everyone just showed up so it would be a while. Made reservations for three so also asked if we could just have a seat for two since our third person wasn’t there yet. There was a communal table available but that was not what we wanted. I finally said I was confused and again stated that we did have a reservation and was told well so did everyone else. We left and went to the car to decided where to next. The manager actually came to the parking lot and up to the car and asked us to come back in and apologized for that. Said there was room and asked us to give it another chance and even if we decided to leave to come in and he would buy us drinks. We decided to come back in. Food and drinks were good, desert was not worth ordering. We did not get comped anything at all so it sure why the manager even mentioned the drinks on him. It would have been a nice gesture. They close at 10 pm but they clean up and you have to rush out by 9 pm. The place was empty and they are clearly struggling. You would think they would appreciate the business. I noticed they also canceled my reservation in open table later that night.

The food appears to have taken a downturn. Our green fried tomatoes had a mustard sauce that overwhelmed. The beef medallions were over salted. But the wine selections and service were still great
