Beautiful place, service lacks very much. Food was great. The vibes were awesome. Sadly, the service did not match. Server came to the table maybe 3 times. Every other time I had to flag her down. My friend was still working on his main entree, she came by and dropped the check rushing us out. Was my girlfriend’s birthday and at the front desk they acknowledged it, completely ignored at the table. Once I asked for dessert menus the server replies with I didn’t know you wanted dessert, but was never asked.. very disappointed as I recommended this place to my group.

I had a wonderful birthday brunch! It was a beautiful setting and there’s was great energy all around! We did the buffet and the food was a little cold but still edible and delicious! My only complaint was how loud the dj/ speakers were, I could barely have a conversation with my friends without a speaker blasting in our ears. The music was all over the place too, it was giving club vibes.

We had a very nice time. You really can't see the water from the restaurant so the description is a bit deceiving, however, the food and service was very good. We had the Saturday buffet and really enjoyed the options. My only suggestion would be to elevate the dessert selection.

Did not realize this was in the mall and would not have taken my family there to celebrate an important birthday had I been aware. The rooftop advertised feels like a bit of a stretch as it is covered in bamboo, and absolutely no "rolling views of the pacific" as was suggested somewhere in the comments or website. You might get a peak at best. Has a tiki bar feel. Service was charming warm and attentive, our waitress was the best part of our visit. Food was meh. That being said this place works for a quick stop in after a day of shopping, just not a beautiful amazing restaurant.

Service was beyond slow and food was not worth the price. Restaurant seemed to be overbooked with only 2-3 servers. Managers were no help, dirty glasses piled the bar and trays of dirty playes and half eaten food were all over the corners of the restaurant. We had to repeatedly ask for more water and never received any until 15-20 mins in to service. Ordered a butter board and it came out with the wrong one. When asked the server if this is the correct one she replied “I dont know I rang in the right one but im not sure” and then ignored us. Also didnt get our drink orders until we received our entrees and even then she brought the wrong drinks. Also had the audacity to end the night saying “Hope you had a nice experience!” Last night of our vacation and had not had a bad meal the entire time until this place. Very sad.

We were celebrating our anniversary. The place was look nice and fun with a dj, great atmosphere. Our waitress was really nice and tried to help us. But … sparkling water was hot, wile outside was almost 100 degrees. Champagne we ordered from the bar, so thank god we had something to drink, but we get drunk really fast because waitress had so many tables that we didn’t even had a chance to order the food . Besides that we were sitting really close to other guests at the restaurant that we couldn’t talk to each other because we didn’t want that people hear our conversation. Not recommended

Ambiance was acceptable however food and drinks were very disappointing. They messed up a simple margarita pizza and overcooked the ravioli to the point where the fillings were no longer contained in the pasta. We respectfully declined to pay for the ravioli and one drink. The server was nice enough to remove them from the bill. Another overpriced and mediocre spot in SM.

Me and a friend went to the bunch experience on Saturday and the music was way to loud you could not speak with each other while eating. And it was not enough people and party for the music to be that loud. It was just a little weird. Food was good but the service was bad!
