Louie Bossi's Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria is a high-energy Italian eatery located on E Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton. Everything on the menu is made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Louie Bossi serves delicious house made pastas, wood burning Neapolitan pizzas, home cooked Sicilian comfort food and of course, Chef Louie's famous house cured salumi. From the hearth baked bread and artisan jams to handmade pastas and pizza dough, gelato and crema di limoncello, everything is house made using the time honored methods of old world Italian chefs.

We just love Louie Bossi Boca Raton. The food is great, Drinks are great . The Managers, hosts, servers, runners , everyone, they are all so nice.

Our waitress Ali outdid herself to make our birthday celebration special. Very windy conditions on the patio and the heater did not work for the longest time (we had to ask 3 times before someone changed the gas bottle). Food was good and we liked that the restaurant would allow us to bring our own special birthday cake. My MIL loved her bday lunch

So disappointed with this restaurant been here many times, but not in a while. It’s not a restaurant anymore. It’s basically a pizzeria. Too many tables crammed in together. Service was very rushed. Food was extremely average. Don’t ever go here on a weekend night unless you’re with a bunch of friends that are drinking and you just want some good pizza.

Food was not what we typically expect at this establishment. It was quite busy, our server was managing at least 8-10 tables and was less than attentive. Meals came out of the kitchen sporadically and were not served to our 5 guests at same time.Chicken sandwich focacia was overcooked and dry and had to be sent back. Pasta dishes were ok, but serving size and portions were on the skimpy side from what we are used to when dining here. Not sure, but unlikely we will repeat our visit and dine here again anytime soon. Best part of the meal was the chianti made with organic grapes!
