Louie Bossi's Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria is a high-energy Italian eatery located on E Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton. Everything on the menu is made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Louie Bossi serves delicious house made pastas, wood burning Neapolitan pizzas, home cooked Sicilian comfort food and of course, Chef Louie's famous house cured salumi. Great place to spend New Year’s Eve. Food was amazing. Music was great. Service was great! All in all super happy with the experience!

Excellent service. My waitress was wonderful! Unfortunately the broccolini was undercooked but it was taken off the bill and I appreciated that. Tiramisu was out of this world! The scallops NYE special was $24 for 3 scallops, although Great size and flavor, it should come with at least 5. Strawberry & basil martini was delish! Definetly a great experience.

This dinner experience was not enjoyable. It was New Years Eve 2025 and the restaurant had a Dj playing music that was so loud, you found yourself having to shout across the table to converse. I understand the “liven up the atmosphere for the New Years Eve “party” but this was a 7pm dinner and the ambiance was more like a Dance Club, “pre- Ball Drop” in Times Square. I asked a manager if the speaker above our table could me turned down and he said “yes”, left, returning in about 1 min and said he asked the DJ to “turn the music down a notch”. It did not improve a bit. I later spoke directly to the DJ when we had finished dinner. He told me he was not asked to turn down the music, but in fact he had a manager tell him to “turn it up!” The dinner service was excellent, as well as the food per usual, however, I am extremely disappointed in how the manager treated my concern about the loud music. Obviously it shows a certain level of disrespect towards customers.

There was a New Year's Eve special diner menu. My wife took the scallops for 24$. What an absolute shock when she received her plate: 2 plain scallops, no sides !!! Had she not complained, that is what she would have had for that price. The manager was called to our table and added 3 more. But even then, had she known that this was the plate, she would have ordered something else. Our 2 other main courses were OK. Our server was delightful and comprehensive to our deception. The Chef should not repeat that item, or at least add to the plate.

Perhaps it was due to the New Year’s Eve busy service, but the food was somewhat disappointing. The service was good. I had the pasta with clams and it was swimming in olive oil and pasta was overdone.

This place is solid. Came for NYE and had a great experience. Our server, Gabriel M, really made our night so enjoyable. Attentive without being overbearing, pace of dinner was very pleasant and unhurried. We loved the pear salad and the broccolini was a surprise hit. Pizza - delicious with a fresh sauce, chicken parm was very good too. Had a great bottle of wine and cappuccinos and the budino was a great combo to finish off the meal. Exceeded our expectations! Good vibe, good food and great service. Highly recommend

Super busy night but excellent waitress and delicious food--- pasta with bolognese sauce was fantastic as was the eggplant Parmesan. My companions shared the pear salad and pasta with clams which they loved. Desserts were also superb.

I’ve been here before and it was amazing (food, drinks, service..), but I don’t understand the prices increase vs the service and quality we got tonight … a little deceived 🥹 in the time we are, we don’t mind paying, but we should get the whole thing…. (Food quality, portion, service, etc.)
