Our server was polite and attentive! Husbands first glass was covered with lipstick and the clear water jug was pretty dirty inside and out with floaties in it … they forgot one meat on the charcuterie board but overall our food was good. My bucatini pasta was delicious.

Didn’t tell us they ran out of the entree we ordered till 20 after we ordered. That was very disappointing.

Server was slow, sat for 10 minutes before an intro but more than that, didn't check on us before, during, and after. If we needed something, like water, or pepper, or a box, had to flag him down. Both appetizers and entree came out at the same time. Usually love coming here for the full experience. Left lacking.

Louie Bossi’s overall is a high quality restaurant and I’ve been a loyal customer for 8+ years, eating exclusively at the Ft Lauderdale location. We tried the Boca location for lunch and surprisingly was disappointed. Caesar salad was very small and value diminished by portion - not typical. My chicken panini fell far short of expectations and previous servings at Ft Lauderdale. Chicken was overcooked, tough and amount was skimpy. They can do much better; definitely off their game.

It was a Anniversary celebration dinner with friends , Our second dinner out with friends to Louie Bossi’s in 3 days, both visits provided good service, amazing food. Today’s visit our server made mention as we were ordering drinks”so this is an anniversary dinner and a date nite? “I replied yes, she immediately turned to our friends who are male and female and said congratulations on 48 years, they corrected her by saying No, not us, these 2 guys are celebrating 48 years together, her response was … really? And as her tone changed she did say: Well , congratulations to you then . The service was ok, food was amazing as it is always . I guess I’m just disappointed that this restaurant does nothing for guests when celebrating a special occasions, So why do you ask when you make your reservation? We will return again for lunch/dinner in the future, but we will select another restaurant to celebrate special occasions.
