Our server Natalie was awesome. She had several tables at once including a large party of more than 15. They all asked for separate checks so she was held up but she still managed to take care of all of her other tables. She was very attentive! Food was delicious.

Lou’s has an attractive inside and outside seating arrangement at their Tinley store. Food excellent ( we had pizza), and ambiance good- plenty of space, clean restrooms and small, but attractive bar. Well drinks varied and tasty/ good variety of beer and wine. Service lacking tho’, and I don’t mean only slow because of the time it takes to cook deep dish pizza. Just not very attentive. But the restaurant is worth a visit.

Great location, 2 minutes from our home. Attended the local symphony event, our 1st choice was Lou’s for our 8:15 pm dinner. Thanks

We sat outside on a pleasant summer night, it was quiet and peaceful. We had good service, the Lou’s salad was so, so good! Then we had a deep dish sausage pizza. It was delicious - love the crust- very cheesy! I could barely eat one slice, but it made a delicious breakfast the next morning.

Salad was fresh and dressing was tasty. Pizza was hot and well done as ordered. Friendly and nice atmosphere. Great experience

I took my husband to celebrate his birthday since he loves pizza. We like Lou Malnati's. However, we've never been to this location. We really enjoyed the food. Everything was cooked properly and seasoned well. The cocktails were strong (a good thing) and the desert was the perfect ending. Our waitress was very attentive, up beat,and kind. We will definitely visit again.

Food was AMAZING but took way longer than it should have. Waitress keep apologizing & thanking us for being patient. After 45 minutes she said something happened & it will still be 15-20 minutes & did we still want to wait. Ummm yeah it is almost 9 pm on a Thursday night & we are 3 hours from home. She said that her manager would discount the bill. Manager did end up giving us our pizza for free. Not sure what really happened but waitress was sweet, cheese bread & pizza were HOT & YUMMY!! On another note, a table of 5 behind us. Mom takes 2 girls to the bathroom & Dad stays & proceeds to change the other little girls poopy diaper right there! To top it off the table beside them & behind us were just getting their food!! We just couldn’t believe it! That is definitely not on the restaurant but OMG!!
