Lots of chatter about how good the pizza is but just didn't live up to the hype. Wings were Excellent. They make the GOOD ranch. But pizza was unimpressive and on the less flavorful side. We dined on a Friday evening but there were empty tables so I don't feel like our server was overly busy. She was polite, helpful & did bring our food hot. However, we barely saw her. We ordered wings as a 1st appetizer and and would have liked to order a second but it got late so we just just ordered our salad & pizza. We never got the salad dressing we requested, had to get up and ask for extra napkins (saucy wings), forks and plates, no refills on drinks or requested water until the end of our meal, we requested an add on of pepperoni to the Chicago Classic which wasn't added, but server never checked on us so we ate it as it. We were having a business meal which, granted, took longer than a regular meal but various people kept looking around the corner then leaving, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by camping at their table (again I saw booths, tables and hi-tops empty.) Would love to go back for the wings but hesitant because of the service.

Good Chicago style pizza. Service was okay. Come early for lunch as this place gets very busy and service slows as a result. Be prepared to order quickly so as not to experience delays.

First time, food was GREAT. Salad size was huge, took some home. Husband had personal pizza and said it was good. We will definitely go back! Great value for your money, so reasonable, we were surprised.

I’ve eaten a LOT of Lou Malnati’s over the year. I love their pizza. But this was not a good experience. It was overcooked and not very tasty. The service was fine and the salad was EXCELLENT but the pizza is why you come to Lou’s and it just wasn’t good. Not sure if they just had a bad night or if the product is going down hill. I’ll try it again but not sure I’d go to this location.

As always, the pizza at Lou Malnati's is the best you can get, but the service is awful. When I booked my reservation, I did what was recommended and pre-ordered my pizza. The reservation form says to pre-order by calling ahead or leaving a note on the OpenTable reservation. I left my order as a note in the reservation - and I'd done this on Valentine's day and it worked. We were waiting for about 10-15 mins before our waitress came over and took our drinks order. We told her that we'd ordered ahead and she went to check. We were expecting our food to be out any minute. After another 10-15 mins, the manager came out and told us that they didn't have our order. They gave us pizza and an appetiser on the house which was really nice, but it was a long wait until we got our pizza. Basically every time we eat here there is an issue with the service. Whenever they sit us near the bar, there's a guarantee that the staff are more interested in watching the TV than serving the customers. I still love Lou's and we'll be back, but their service definitely needs some polishing.

Had large deep dish. Crust was dry and not buttery as expected. Very disappointed but looks like this place is very overrated.

The salad was wonderful. Even bought a bottle of the salad dressing to take home. Pizza and appetizers were wonderful.
