No comment. Very very good Caesar salad. Deep dish pizza good, too, but prices have gotten ridiculous.

Disappointing experience: 45-minute wait for two medium pizzas. Deep dish "Lou" pizza was greasy, burned on the edges, and difficult to cut with a knife. Thin crust "Lou" was adequate. Prices high for the portions provided. I am a native Chicagoan, and this is not up to Chicago-style pizza standards. Maybe the restaurant was short staffed, combined with the busy holiday season.

Our salad and service was excellent! It was requested that our pizza be ordered we arrived but when it reached our table it wasn’t very hot. We’ll order when we get there next time.

I walked in with a bunch of kids and from the moment I checked in, I felt judged and that I was annoying to the staff. Was not family friendly and wait staff did nothing but make us feel unwanted

Our service was fantastic, their pizza was great ! The atmosphere is fun, great for families. Only downside was that even though we called our order in 30 minutes prior to our arrival we still have quite a wait till it was served.

It took over 20 minutes after being seated to finally have another server ask if we'd been helped yet. Food was good, but we got served the wrong pizza. I let the woman who ran it out to us know it was not what we ordered and she said sure it is... And began serving it to us. That means somone else was missing their pizza all together.
