This location needed maybe an another server. Our poor server was struggling to keep up. We order the deep dish and it was amazing.

Arrogant people who clearly think they don’t need the business. Pizza was good ( not great ) and not worth the hype. We were made to sit in the entry area . We had our kids. It was so inconvenient. We had a reservation and still this happened to us . Waitress was a snob. Definitely not for family with kids.

Love the crust, love the sauce, the sausage and cheese were incredible. The BEST pizza!!

Great food -- energetic room at this location. Everyone in our party of 3 loved the salad and pizza that we shared. Will definitely return in the future!

Very poor first experience. Food was good but not for the amount of wait time. We were told the pizza will be ready in 25-30 minutes so we were asked by the receptionist to preorder so it will be ready by the time we were seated. When we got our table, we were told again that its 25 more minutes to wait. Then again, another 10-15 minutes. The pizza arrived almost an 1 hour and 30 minutes after our reservation.

Ordering ahead was a great idea as the deep dish pizzas take 30 minutes to bake. The personal size was perfect for one. Great beer selection too.

Not only is the pizza at Lou Milnati's out of this world, their salads are amazing as well. This is an excellent value for a friends or family meal in Chicago. We love this place.

Food and service good but the back room is so noisy you can’t hear the person sitting next to you.
