Good food, fun experience. We were messaged to pre-order our pizzas, which we complied with. When we arrived there was much confusion about our pre-order. Everything turned out okay and Lou's bought us an appetizer to make up.

If there’s one ding, it’s because they don’t have Coke anymore and went cheap with the Pepsi which means we have water with our pizza. But we pre-ordered, walked in on a busy night, sat immediately, got our food fast, ate, laughed, and had a great time. Great place always.

We were disappointed in that we preordered our pizza & it wasn’t served until an hour after we arrived. Also, the open table options included a heart shaped pizza ( which we received) and a chocolate chip cookie to share. The server said she never heard of the cookie, so we didn’t get that.

Our server was wonderful. She made us feel very welcome. Everything was delicious. Best pizza ever can’t get enough of that deep dish Lou Malnatis pizza keep up the great job. Thank you so much.
