Pre-ordered deep dish pizzas made for a quicker wait time. Enjoyed a quick app… and the pizzas arrived. Server was great.

We had a great time time even though it took a very long time to get our food, despite putting the order in when the restaurant was not too busy. Nevertheless, the food was delicious.

This past Saturday I made a 11:30 AM reservation for 4 people. We were really looking forward to a great dining experience. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find only one employee working, handling all seating and table service. We waited for 10 minutes, but it quickly became clear that the lone staff member, despite her best efforts, couldn’t manage the influx of guests. We eventually had to leave, feeling disappointed that no one ever spoke to us. Well, how could anyone with only one person. It’s unfortunate that the restaurant did not provide adequate staffing to support its employees and serve its patrons properly. I hope they improve staffing to match guest expectations in the future.

The food is always consistent and unfortunately so is the service. I can’t say the service has been great . The service has been sub par for years . Not very friendly, or attentive. Everyone at the table noticed, and while we gave the server her 20% we usually give 30% to servers that can at least smile, and keep drinks full ! Not much to ask for…

On a crowded Saturday night, we were seated as soon as we arrived, a few minutes before our reservation time. Lots of people were waiting, but we got right in. Service was great, food was great. Too noisy, but that's pretty normal. Our OpenTable reservation obviously made a big difference.
