The food at Lou Malnati’s was delicious, and overall, we enjoyed the meal. However, the experience was soured when our waiter, after we had finished dining and were waiting for my wife to return from the restroom, mentioned we had only two hours for the table. We had only been there for 45 minutes, and it felt like we were being rushed or pushed out. While we understand table time limits during busy periods, the way it was communicated felt abrupt and unwelcoming. It left us with a less-than-pleasant impression despite the good food.

We made a reservation online (highly recommend) and we got sat immediately at our reservation time. Pizza was delicious, it took awhile just due to how busy they were but we got drinks and an app so the wait wasn’t terrible.

First time here. We ordered a salad and wings to start. Salad was huge. Wings were just okay. We ordered a medium cheese deep dish with butter crust and it was fantastic. Should have just got a small, but wanted more than not enough. Had two slices left. Service was good. Will def come back when visit Chicago again.

Getting seated was a fiasco. We were seated at three different tables before finally ordering. Once we were finally situated, everything was great. Food was good. Our server was attentive.

Had the original and it was outstanding. Used the order ahead feature and saved at least 10 minutes. We were in and out in less than one hour. Great service!

Lou’s was so delicious. But OpenTable sent us a message a few hours before our reservation telling us that we can preorder the pizza by replying to their message. Do not do that! That doesn’t work and the restaurant said they don’t receive it on their end. Just call the restaurant to preorder the pizza!

It's awesome to have gluten free crust options, they are fairly tough and the taste has been a bit inconsistent but it's hard to really complain
