I’m a thin crust fan, but will say the Deep dish was great and a nice change. Wings were also done very well!

Good pizza but they’ve noticeably decreased the amount of cheese they use. We pre-ordered and our pizza was sadly not very hot when it arrived. I love Lou’s, but it was my husband’s first time and I’m not sure I’ll get him back.

Oh my, so noisy you couldn’t hear yourself think, let alone have a conversation. The pizza, of course, is great. The pasta dishes not so great: imbalance between amount of pasta (way too much!) and sauce.

Overall thankful that a packed house was quick to accommodate the four of us. I definitely enjoyed the deep dish classic more than the thin crust. All toppings were fresh and tasty, but the crust is just not me. Glad I had it as an experience but I’ll take New York, Detroit’ or Neapolitan style any day.

It was a great experience but it takes time to be seated (even with a reservation) and for your pizza to be made so make sure you give yourself at least 1.5-2 hours. The wait staff were really nice.

We were expecting buttery crust but it was more doughy. I love deep dish pizza but the recipe tasted different from what I remembered when I had the pizza previously.

Dirty bathrooms!!!!!! I think people from the street also use them, the wait for the bathrooms took over 20 minutes and they were very dirty.
