Good not great. But making reservations and ordering ahead was the way to go!!! Service was great, but our food all came out at different times. Very loud atmosphere.

Great food, meh service. Not surprised given the location and the fact that it’s a tourist focused venue. If you’re in a hurry, don’t eat here!

Great service, good food and great atmosphere. 3 of our 4 had been there before and my oldest son had not. He loved it. We are all from the East Coast of the United States. We recommend your restaurant to a lot of folks we know and will certainly be back next year.

The check in process needs to be updated. They have a long line of people waiting to put their name in. We already had a reservation, but still had to wait in the line to let them know that we were there. It would be good to have two check in desks. The food and ambience wasn't as good as I remember from my visit to one of their other locations. And they don't have nearly enough bathrooms. It was okay. A fun Chicago tourist staple.
