   We come to Lou’s every time we come to Chicago. This time, it was a disaster. We couldn’t get a reservation until 10pm. They were packed. When we finally got our pizza, it was as if they just rushed the food out to get as many people in the door as they could. Instead of maintaining the quality which they are known for. The cheese wasn’t even cooked. There was no sauce. I couldn’t even eat it. It was way under done. Maybe instead of worrying about the quantity of people coming through, concentrate on the quality of the food. Don’t go to this location. If this was our first time eating Lou’s, I would never go back. Just garbage

   Takes a bit to get your pizza, but well worth it! Best Deep Dish, period! Service great, dined at N. Michigan Ave location

   This was my second time and wasn’t great. We were seated in very back by restrooms & it was so hot. Our waitress even gave me something to fan myself. Our appetizers came out quickly but we waited over an hour for our food. The deep dish was hot and not bad but the thin crust had been sitting for quite awhile. It was so crunchy around the edges you could hardly chew it. Our waitress was great but food was 100% not worth it. I was very disappointed.

   Had to try the deep dish they are famous for! The food, atmosphere, nostalgia, and staff did not disappoint! Definitely will return!

   They saw it was my birthday and made it special by giving me a card and a dessert. It was very nice of them!

   Pizza was good, we just split a small deep dish. Large restaurant space. Drinks were average.

    Delicious salad, dressing was fantastic. Deep dish pizza was amazing, loved how all the flavors combine with the crust that is just the best we’ve had!
